For Visitors

You are welcome to visit your loved ones at the hospital.

Visits from loved ones are an important part of the recovery process, which is why we encourage visitors. However, you should avoid visiting the hospital if you have a cold or are ill.

Hand disinfectant is available alongside patient rooms. Please feel free to use it and help us reduce the risk of infection!

Visiting Hours

Each nursing ward has its own visiting hours. Please check in advance which visiting hours apply for the ward you plan to visit. Visiting hours are posted on the respective ward’s page on the Swedish section of the website.

Flowers & Strong Fragrances

A number of our nursing wards ask visitors to refrain from bringing flowers to patients, as they may cause some people in the ward to suffer allergic reactions. Many people are also hypersensitive to perfumes and other strong fragrances. We would be grateful if you would take this into consideration when visiting the hospital.

Photography

The hospital is subject to a general ban on photography and filming out of respect for patient confidentiality and loved ones’, visitors’ and staff’s right to privacy. No photography or filming is permitted without the consent of those involved.

Tobacco

The entire hospital complex – both indoors and outdoors – is a tobacco-free area. There are three smoking shelters outside the hospital in which smoking is permitted. Feel free to ask the staff if you would like to know where these are located.
