Research group for mental health problems, behavioural medicine and lifestyle habits

The group consists of junior and senior researchers with expertise in medicine, psychology and sociology. The aim of the group is to increase access to early evidence-based interventions in primary care in the form of assessments and treatments for people with mental illness.

Examples of ongoing projects are: neurophysiological feedback on stress signals during fatigue (project: AntiStress), Internet CBT for young people (project: IMPACT), and digital interventions for adults with mental illness (project EBBA), and collaboration on patients with depression, anxiety and stress reaction via a coordinator at a health center (project: CO-WORK-CARE).

Research is also ongoing on mental health (obesity, sexuality, parenting, menopause and nutrition) for different groups: children, adolescents and women.
