The European Association of Regional and Local Authorities for Lifelong Learning (EARLALL)
EARLALL is a Brussels-based network aiming to influence European policy and to co-operate in projects in the field of lifelong learning. The network is comprised of 13 regions and several observers and partner regions.
EARLALL’s goals are cooperation and attention to raising the role and visibility of regional and local authorities in the field of lifelong learning at European and international level.
Region Västra Götaland has a team working with integration focusing on the entrance to the labour market and participation in education.
