Here you will find contact information for ENCORE. The Chair and Secretariat are at present based at Västra Götalandsregionen, Sweden.  

Presidency of ENCORE

  • Ms Madeleine Jonsson, (MP) Chair of the Environment and Regional Development Committee at Västra Götalandsregionen Sweden, is the Chairperson since 2023.
  • Mr Jan van der Meer, Regional Minister for Energy and Climate, Environment and Health and Public Transport, Province of Gelderland, The Netherlands, is Co-chairperson.

The ENCORE steering group have three people taking part from the department of International Relations and Public Affairs in the Province of Gelderland:

  • Ellen Mulder-Metselaar, Director of International Relations and Public Affairs 
  • Jurjen van Dijk, EU and Public Affairs advisor 
  • Melanie van den Hoek, EU and Public Affairs advisor
